Double and triple piles are secured against displacement with crimped interlocks having pitch of 600 mm, the guaranteed minimum strenght is 75 kN per crimp. The quality of crimping process is regularly tasted on a special test device.

PUNCHING OF SHEET PILES
On the basis of an order sheet piles are punched with holes having diameter 40 mm. The standard distance between the holes axis and the sheet piles end is 300 mm, or alternatively 75 mm. Twosided punching can be ordered, too.

INTERLOCKS SEALING
In case of increased requirements for tightness of the sheet pile wall it is possible to supply - based on an agreement - single or paired sheet piles having interlocks sealing by hot bitumen.
